Frequently Asked Questions

No. Our foreign national programs do not require a Social Security number. You can qualify using your passport, visa documentation, and international financial records. If you have an ITIN, additional program options may be available with potentially better terms.
Most visa types are accepted including B-1/B-2 (tourist/business), H-1B (specialty occupation), L-1 (intracompany transfer), E-2 (investor), F-1 (student with qualifying income), and others. The property type you can purchase may vary based on your visa.
Yes. Investment properties and second homes are the primary property types for foreign national loans. Some programs may allow primary residence purchases for visa holders who demonstrate they will live in the U.S. long-term (such as H-1B holders).
Typically: bank reference letters showing account history, international credit references, 2-3 months of bank statements demonstrating sufficient funds, employment letter or business ownership documentation, and proof of income. All documents should be translated to English if not already.
Funds must be wired from your verified bank account to the U.S. title company or escrow agent. You will need to provide documentation showing the source of funds and wire confirmation. We recommend starting the transfer process 2-4 weeks before closing to account for international processing times.
