I'm Joann Ton, a loan officer at NetCORE Lending™ in Glendora. When you fill out our pre-qualification form, I'm the one who calls you.
Most people I talk to aren't worried about the rate. They're worried about the parts nobody explained: what the lender will ask for, whether their income "counts," and what happens if they're self-employed or file with an ITIN. My job is to answer those questions in plain English or Vietnamese, then shop more than 100 wholesale lenders so you see real options side by side, not one bank's offer.
